Mass Excavation & Haulage
Includes the process of removing the materials from the excavation area and loading the materials on the haulage equipment.
Aggregate Crushing
Includes all the required processing of the materials, like crushing, screening, mixing, so the material meets the respective mining specifications/grading.

Fleet Overview
Haul Truck
- 40-50 – 200-ton load capacity.
- Hauling smaller volumes as appropriate.
- Used in areas where larger haul trucks cannot maneuver or operate safely.
Excavator
- Dig trenches, ditches and holes; load and break up heavy material.
- Provide support in areas where large shovels cannot access or operate safely.

Grader
- Maintaining roads for the haul trucks
- Important part of the operations, as improperly graded roads can lead to excessive wear on tires and the haul trucks.
Dozer
- Leveling the land and overburden at the dump site and working to push material to the shovel.
- Help loosen the frozen sands during winter periods for easier handling.

Equipment

This flexible approach will not only improve your financial performance, it will also reduce delivery times and operational risks.
Long-Term Rental
Machines on long-term contract are often modified to suit Individual site requirements. This includes such features as having the body capacity increased for materials,special tyre combinations to reduce wear, ventilation kits fitted for hot environments and body liners for working with abrasive material.We buy machines new and generally run them up to a maximum of three years. The general rental fleet comes supplied to a high specification so that many different sites, customers and applications can be catered for. Around 50% of our fleet is currently engaged on long-term fixed cost contracts where machines are supplied, serviced and maintained by us.
